How a coaching engagement works

Our minimum engagement is 4 sessions, spaced twice per month over 2 months. However, we often work with our clients for much longer. Note: session 1 is designed to get under the skin of your business and product org.

Each session is one hour, at your chosen time each week.

All our sessions take place live over video chat where you’ll work together one on one with your coach to plan your career in product and how to achieve your goals.

Frequently asked questions

How long is a typical coaching engagement?

The minimum coaching engagement is 4 sessions, spaced twice per month over 2 months. However, we often work with our clients for much longer. It depends on where you are in your career and what you’d like to achieve. 

How long does each one to one coaching session last?

One to one coaching sessions are one hour in total and take place live online via video call.

Can I book coaching in advance?

All coaching sessions must be booked in advance to ensure availability. Your coach will work with you to decide which time slots you want to book over your engagement period.

Can I keep this private and confidential?

Yes. Our coaching service is tailored to professionals in full time employment and all interactions between you and your coach are private and confidential.

Are there any prerequisites?

Coaching engagements are payable up front but if you change your mind you can cancel your coaching engagement up to 14 days before your first session. Once your coaching sessions have started, a refund is no longer possible. Coaching slots can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice.
